Acceptable Use Policy

What you may send to be scored, and what you may not.

Version draft, dated October 21, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms. It is a first pass, not a signed document.

What this policy covers

It covers every call, whether you send it or your product sends it for you. Your users are not our users. You are responsible for what your product sends.

What you may send

You may send text you have a right to process, so we can score it against your rules. That includes lawful adult sexual conversation between adults, in public rooms and in private chats.

Sending a message so a rule can flag or block it is the point of the service. A message that contains harassment, a request to meet, or a contact detail is allowed as input when you are moderating it.

You may send text so a rule can flag or block non-consensual intimate material. You may not use the service to distribute that material.

Minors

Do not send child sexual abuse material. Do not send text that sexualizes anyone under 18. Do not send grooming.

This service does not check the age of the people in a message. You do. If minors use your product, do not send their conversations here to be scored for sexual content.

If we learn of child sexual abuse material, we report it as the law requires. Message text is not stored unless history is on, and history stays off until a retention period and a reporting procedure exist. We may hold only metadata: time, key prefix, verdict, and request id. Do not send us a copy of the material. Tell us through the contact form that a report is needed, and leave the material out.

What you may not do

Do not use the service to break the law or to harm someone.

Do not send content you have no right to process.

Do not try to extract the model, resell raw access to it, or present the service as a general chat model.

Do not put a live key in a public repository, a browser, or a client app.

Do not probe, flood, or bypass a limit. A limit you hit is the end of that call.

Do not use history, if it is later turned on, to store illegal content.

Do not treat a verdict as a finding that a person committed a crime, or as the only basis for a legal or employment decision.

Your platform

You decide the rules. You decide what a flag or a block does in your product. You tell your users, in your own terms, that their messages may be scored.

Lawful adult content is allowed here. Your own rules can be stricter. This policy is not your community guidelines.

If this policy is broken

We may refuse the call, revoke the key, or close the workspace. We may keep the metadata we already store. We may report to an authority when the law requires it.
